Licensed electricians and plumbers, experienced carpenters and painters, tilers and flooring specialists each bring their unique expertise to the project. We believe the end product is better for it. After the renovation work is done, the home is listed with a qualified realtor and finally a title company makes sure the sale is completed properly.
Sue & Ray Passeno
Sue is the founder and CEO of Life Properties Group US, LLC. She is a seasoned leader and an Inner Circle Mastery student with Fortune Builders learning the systems needed to build a sustainable real estate solutions business. Her goal is to be part of the economic rejuvenation and neighborhood stabilization of this area by turning distressed and outdated houses into modern move-in ready homes using a great team of motivated and skilled independent contractors and solid project management.
Although Ray has a full time job elsewhere, when working with Life Properties Group US, LLC, he brings expertise in estimating, construction, demolition and project management.
